So while the current White House Administration and the PTB (powers that be) of the NFL were salsa dancing around each other trying to avoid “public conflict” of policies Nike was thinking of a masterplan *in their best Rakim Voice*.

Well that plan came full circle on 9.3.18 aka Labor Day of all days (Insert hilarious irony). Not only has Collin Kaepernick been under endorcement contract during his entire absence from the National Football League, it’s just been announced he’s signed a NEW deal as the face of Nike’s 30th “Just Do It” Anniversary campaign.

Per Charles Robinson (Of Yahoo Sports), the contract is a "wide endorsement" where Kaepernick will have his own branded line including shoes, shirts, jerseys and more. According to Robinson, Kaepernick signed a "star" contract that puts him level with a "top-end NFL player" worth million per year plus royalties.


Earlier this summer Kaep was edited from Big Sean’s verse on YG’s “Big Bank” song on the Madden 18 soundtrack. This seems like a rather significant bounce back huh?!?? - #PoliticalStatus
