@ESPN brings @WWE's "Reality Era" to the real world.

The next transcendent era of World Wrestling Entertainment is on the horizon. A new working relationship with the pop-culture icon of sports news coverage , ESPN Sports Center has IMO assured that.

Per an announcement via the sports juggernaut's Twitter account , ESPN revealed that they will host a "Top-5" moments countdown of @WWE content. Utilizing once @WWE on screen participant Johnathan Coachman.

The question now becomes who becomes the "face" of this current @WWE generation? For that matter how many superstars make the jump from @WWE superstar to household name? Let's take a look at what we absolutely know...

1. Brock Leasar & Paul Heyman will be prominently featured on ESPN.

Brock Lesnar is @WWE's big ticket item and Paul Heyman is the master of the big sell. It only makes sense if there's a top 5 moments segment every week that more times than not these two will be apart of that countdown. It's "what's best for business."

2. Roman Reigns is and should be a priority going foward.

The IWC has given this guy a hard time for being a seemingly pre-chosen successor to the PR, company representative throne. In 2015 he's fought to combat backlash from a "Rage against the machine" mentality adopted by the "WWE Universe" during the Yes Movement. But in all honesty does anyone expect Roman to not realize his full potential or to an even further extent not be helped to achieve that potential?! Blue chip athletes and 5-Star recruits are treated differently b/c THEY ARE DIFFERENT. To quote the legendary Ric Flar "Wether you like it, or you don't like it. Learn to love it."

3. The #NewDay is a diamond in the rough.

Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, and Big E Langston comprise the trio known as the New Day and they are the most culturally relevant entity in all of @WWE (with maybe the exception of Sasha Banks on full character display w/ or w/o Team B.A.D.) They are poised to steal the spotlight of ESPN's Sports Center and become the darlings of the 18-34 male demographic that relies on ESPN for all of its sports coverage.

4. The talent pool is DEEP.

One thing's for certain there's a LOT of talent to draw from for ESPN. There's a plethora of unique personalities and intriguing characters on Monday Night Raw to draw from for compelling tv. An added bonus is the increasingly popular underground brand of World Wrestling Entertainment, @WWENXT which promises to keep the turnover percentage of future superstars high.
